There were Special Thank You Awards to from left to right, Hospitality Queen Liz Harrison, Commercial Manager Dee Ann Etherington, Changing Room Boss Roger Baggott and Grounds-man Ted Wood for their tireless work outside of their normal duties.
Also our appreciation to Paul Boswell, Phil Harvey, Steve Archer and John and Jan Cotton for their untiring volunteer work throughout the season.
The Special Supporter award was presented to young Ruby Etherington and presented by player Liam Smith. Apart from being our most dedicated supporter, Ruby has done a number of jobs over the season including Head of Player Discipline, Assistant Manager, Assistant Commercial Manager, Fund Raiser and the list goes on.
In an unexpected show of gratitude. The players used their fine kitty to buy gifts for the staff, officials and volunteers in a show of appreciation for their work over the past season.
It was also Liz’s birthday and as a surprise her mother and sister travelled up from Essex to celebrate with her and she was also presented with a personalised wine gift set from the club.
