Haughmond striker Steve Hole hammered home four goals for the second week running as the Shrewsbury side overhauled Hereford Lads Club 5-0. Scott Ryan supplied a fifth goal before Hole also missed a penalty for good measure as the Lads finished the game with nine men following a couple of late red cards.
Tividale continue to set the pace on top of the table after beating a determined Dudley Town side 3-0. Dimitri Brown bagged the opening goal with a delightful chip over Dudley goalkeeper Shane Maydew. Liam Wilkinson then headed home a Dan Smith cross to give Tividale a 2-0 lead at half time.Credit to Dudley who deserved to get on the scoresheet before Smith wrapped up the points with a third goal on 56 minutes.
Black Country Rangers remain right behind Tividale after they pulled off a 6-1 success over bottom side Pershore Town. Liam Hughes hit home twice for Gornal based Rangers who also had Tom Hill, Brodie Williams, Jake Healey and Kieron Clarke on target.
Wolves Casuals continued their charge with a 3-0 win at Cradley Town, who drop into the bottom three as a result of this defeat. Scott Sandland put Casuals into a 12th minute lead when converting from a Kieron Miller cutback. Casuals increased the lead just after half hour after Miller had been brought down enabling Kane Cork to convert with a sublime free kick which he curled over the defensive wall and inside the post to give goalkeeper Bedn Manley no chance. Cradley kept Causals at bay until the 92nd minute when Sandland broke clear to chip home over the advancing Manley.
Josh Hunt cracked home a hat-trick as Malvern Town produced an impressive 4-0 win at Bewdley Town. Hunt had to wait until the 34th minute before opening his account after being put clean through by Ben Lane. Bewdley tried to battle back but couldn’t get the better of Malvern goalkeeper Charlie Weaver. Malvern then made certain of the points with two goals in as many minutes, Hunt hitting the second on 54 minutes before Matthew Turner immediately made it 3-0. Bewdley didn’t help their cause by having Will Ward sent off for a second yellow card before Hunt completed his trio of goals on 72 minutes.
Dudley Sports climbed clear of the bottom three, leapfrogging above Pegasus Juniors in the process after beating them 2-1. Tony Beyai bagged both Sports goals while Aaron Finch replied for the Hereford side. But the game had to be delayed for 45 minutes following an injury to Emmanuel Antwi with little more than five minutes remaining.With the match facing the threat of being abandoned, Antwi was finally able to leave the playing area for the game to continue.
Bilston Town Community boosted their prospects with only their second win in 13 starts following a 3-2 success over Shawbury while Smethwick Rangers snapped up a welcome 1-0 win at Wem Town.
